Delivery time within Poland is usually up to 48 hours from payment confirmation. Detailed prices and conditions for international shipping can be found in the Delivery section.

Returns & Complaints

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we accept returns and exchanges. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract and an additional 14 days to return the item. Please make sure that returned products are unused, in original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear. Returns and exchanges can be made in person or by shipping — all details can be found here. The cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned package.

Complaints

If your product has a defect, please submit a complaint by email to kontakt@pgclothes.com, including photos and a description of the issue. Once your claim is approved, return the product in clean condition to the provided address. You may use a free DHL return label or an InPost return code. Complaints are processed within 14 days. Please note that statutory warranty rights are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, and defects caused by improper use are not subject to complaint.
